Preparations for Using the Java Viewer The Java Viewer is automatically downloaded from the camera server. There is no need to install it in advance. Java Viewers Using "LiveApplet" Starting Camera Control Although multiple clients can simultaneously connect to the camera server, multiple clients cannot simultaneously control the camera. Consequently, "control privileges" has been introduced by which only the client who currently holds the control privileges can control the camera. Backlight adjustment and presets can also only be used when you have control privileges. Procedure Click the [Start control] button to acquire control privileges.

Taking a Snapshot of the Video Procedure This function allows you to take a snapshot (still picture) of a particular live video. When you take snapshot, it appears in a new window of your browser.
