INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS WATER PARAMETERS The model SPS600V and SPS620V water filters are designed to be pH 6 to 9 installed in the cold water line only. Installation of the water filter in Alkalinity 0 to 250 ppm a hot water line can seriously damage the filter housing.
