Thermal fuse protection Your Riccar vacuum cleaner comes equipped with a Manual Reset Thermal Fuse Protector. Operation Attaching the handle The vacuum cleaner and the handle are packed separately. 1. The light will trigger if the vacuum bag is full or if there is a clog in the vacuum cleaner. If the light indicator turns on, check the vacuum bag.
