Adding/Naming Scenes in SmartLinc An INSTEON scene is the relationship between a controller and its responders. A scene can be a controller and just one responder, or as many responders as you like. Restoring Power to SmartLinc Like most INSTEON devices, SmartLinc stores all of its settings (including links) in its internal non- volatile memory. All settings will be retained in the event of a power failure. Once power is restored, SmartLinc will return all its connected loads to their previous states before the power loss occurred. Factory Reset SmartLinc Resetting SmartLinc to its factory default settings will clear all of its internal memory.
