Chapter 1 General Information Preventive Maintenance Site Master preventive maintenance consists of cleaning the unit and inspecting and clean- ing the RF connectors on the instrument and all accessories. Clean the Site Master with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water or water and a mild cleaning solution. CAUTION: To avoid damaging the display or case, do not use solvents or abra- sive cleaners. Clean the RF connectors and center pins with a cotton swab dampened with denatured alco- hol.

Chapter 2 Functions and Operations Front Panel Overview The Site Master menu-driven user interface is easy to use and requires little training. Hard keys on the front panel are used to initiate function-specific menus. There are four function hard keys located below the display, Mode, Frequency/Distance, Amplitude and Sweep. (Leaving back lighting off conserves battery power.) LCD Contrast adjust. Use the Up/Down arrow key and ENTER to adjust the display contrast.
