Passwords There are two passwords on the NAC-100, one for Utility Select Menu, and one for Control Items. The Admin/Utility Password allows access to the Utility Select Menu. Resetting the NAC-100 Resetting the NAC-100 should only be performed as a last resort. To reset the NAC-100, cycle the power. -Remove the cover of NAC-100 to access the RJ45 jack, located on the circuit board of the NAC-100. -Unplug the Ethernet cable from the RJ45 jack.
