Basic Remote Operation Your remote car starter can operate two independent vehicles equipped with an identical remote car starter (see multi-car operation on page 8). The functions of the transmitter are as follows: Pressing the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously will activate the AUX 2 output. Valet Modes When your vehicle is in Valet Mode, the remote starter functionalities are disabled. If the vehicle needs to be serviced, or if you park it indoors, the Valet Mode will prevent the engine from being remote-started accidentally.
