IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for System Backup and Recovery Overview IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for System Backup and Recovery (also known as “SysBack”) provides system administrators and other system users with a simple, efficient way to backup and recover data from a command line or a SMIT menu-driven interface.
