ADJUSTING THE PRINTING GAP The distancebetween theprinthead and thepapercanbe adjusted to accommodate different paper thicknesses. The adjustment dial is located behind the interface connector at the left side of the printer. There are three positions, and you can feel the dial clicking into each position. The center position is for high density graphics printing on normal paper. Turning the adjustment dial clockwise is for the normal paper, and the counterclockwise is forthickpaperor envelopes.
