Getting Started 2.1 Open the battery cover 1 Follow to push and eject the battery cover. 2 Follow to lift the cover. 2 1 2.2 Loading the Battery Before using the camera, you must load the supplied Lithium-ion rechargeable battery. 1. 2.3 Charge your battery It is recommended that the AC adaptor and USB cable included with the camcorder be used for the initial charge. The camera must be turned OFF; a blinking light confirms charging, and the light becomes constant when the charging has been completed. In AC charging Mode, the light will turn itself off automatically after a short time. The full charge time is about 3 to 4 hours.
