Preface This maintenance manual describes how to perform hardware service maintenance for the Toshiba Personal Computer Satellite A50S/TECRA A3X series. NOTE: This Satellite A50S/TECRA A3X series is a BTO-support personal computer. Each model has a different configuration. For each model’s configuration, refer to the parts list dedicated to it. The procedures described in this manual are intended to help service technicians isolate faulty Field Replaceable Units (FRUs) and replace them

The manual is divided into the following parts: Chapter 1 Hardware Overview describes Satellite A50S/TECRA A3X series system unit and each FRU.
