THE FAN ASSISTED TOP OVEN USES OF THE FAN ASSISTED OVEN The Top oven is the smaller of the two ovens. It is convenient for mid-week meals where smaller quantities or convenience foods are being cooked. It is important to refer to the Top oven cooking chart as a guide to shelf positions and temperatures as these may differ from previous appliance's you may have used. HINTS AND TIPS Use the Top oven when you want to warm plates. Use a setting of 80°C - 100°C on the oven temperature control. You can use both shelves when using the fan assisted oven. There should always be at least 2.5cm (1") between the top of the food and the grill element.
