It can store up to 16 alphanumer- ic messages (or a maximum of 640 characters) and alerts you with either a gentle vibration, a vibration and single beep, a melody, or one of two beep pat- terns. Notes: • If you do not set the time, the pager incorrectly reports the times of your pages. • If you do not press a button for about 40 seconds during these steps (or while setting any of the pager’s features), the pager returns to the time/ date (standby) display
