Cabling E&M Jumper Block Positioning Procedure Each voice/fax channel on the MultiVOIP has a separate E&M jumper block, located near the jacks on the back panel of the MultiVOIP. Each jumper block has 8 pairs of pins with a jumper plug on three adjacent pairs of pins. The jumper plug must be centered on the E&M type number (see Figure 4) that matches the E&M connection for that channel.
