Installation, Operation, and Care of A200 MIXERS SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL 1 The model A200 mixer is a 20 quart, bench-type mixer with a /2 H.P. motor, and a #12 attachment hub. CLEANING WARNING: UNPLUG MACHINE POWER CORD BEFORE BEGINNING ANY CLEANING PROCEDURE. The mixer should be thoroughly cleaned daily.
