How your appliance works The microwaves used for cooking are electromagnetic waves. They are commonly found in our environment in the form of radio waves, light and infrared rays. Programmes It is possible to cook on two levels at once, for example an 800g roast and 800g potatoes au gratin at 170˚ for 55 minutes.
