Automatic stop system When the end of the tape is reached during recording or playing back, the tape stops automatically and the buttons are released. Quick reviewing and recording While recording, slide the FFW/CUE | REW/REV switch up and hold it (the REC button is released) until the tape has rewound to the desired point.
