Using Parking Brake Engage parking brake by pushing handle to the right. Exercise Brake Handle Engaged caution when disengaging brake, as it may spring to the left. Using Your Stroller 1. Loop tether around handle bar center, slide strap end through small loop on other end of strap and tighten securely. PHOTO 9 2. Engage parking brake. 3.
