Handle the cylinder with the utmost care and always close tap “O” (fi g. 1) even when the cylinder is empty. Taps “O” and “S” (fi g. 1) should be kept closed, even when the machine is not used. N.B. If the pressure is too low for the keg temperature, the beer will be served very frothy. To regulate pressure, see the values in the table (table 1).
