If you rethermalize more food than you use, use the chill feature to quickly reduce the temperature of the food before refrigerating or freezing. 1. Press the Chill Mode switch to de-energize the heating elements. 2. Open the drain valve and drain most of the hot water. The AutoFill will refill the cookpot with cold water. If desired, add ice to the cookpot to accelerate the cooling process. 3. Remove the product bags when cooled and return them to the refrigerator or freezer.
