Follow these steps to mount the speakers on a monitor. Plug the wire marked TO LEFT SPEAKER from the R (right) speaker into the TO RIGHT SPEAKER jack on the L (left) speaker. 1 2. SELECTING A POWER SOURCE You can power the AMX 2 using either four AA alkaline batteries (RadioShack Cat. No. 23-552) or an optional AC adapter (Cat. No. 273-1663).

Use the boost mode with low-powered sound boards and other audio sources that have just enough power to drive a set of headphones or earphones.
