1 Introduction The HP Integrity rx4640 server is a 4-processor/8-core IPF rack-mount server based on the Itanium2 processor family architecture. Introduction Server Overview Server Overview The HP Integrity rx4640 server is a 4U high Electronics Industry Association (EIA) enclosure, which mounts in any standard 19” EIA rack. All external cabling enters and exits from the rear of the enclosure. With the server installed in the rack, service access is enhanced by the use of chassis slides.
