Getting Ready Charging the Battery The battery is not fully charged at shipment and must be CAUTION fully charged before being used. Always use the Rechargeable Battery NP-40N (included). The use of other brands of rechargeable Z Compatible battery battery could cause faults or damage to the camera. NP-40N (included) that is supplied with the camera is a Rechargeable Battery NP-40N (1) battery only for FinePix F650/F470/F460. Do not load the battery into another FUJIFILM digital camera.
