Remove all pieces of tape shown in the illustration below. Then 2 open the original cover/SPF/RSPF and remove protective materials. After that, take out the bag containing the power cord and TD cartridge. INSTALLING THE TD CARTRIDGE Open the multi-bypass tray 1 (AL-1555, p.17), and then open the side cover. Remove the CAUTION tape from the front cover and remove the 2 two protective pins from the fusing unit by pulling the strings upward one at a time.
