1.3.2 Value-added solutions Temperature, fan, and voltage monitoring The CPU temperature is monitored by the ASUS ASIC to prevent overheating and damage. Auto fan off The system fans power off automatically when the system is in sleep mode. This feature reduces both power consumption and system noise.
