INSTALLATIONS Installing the CPU The MB899 board supports a Socket 478MT (Napa) processor socket TM TM TM for Intel® Core 2 Duo , Intel® Core Duo and Intel® Core Solo mobile processors. The processor socket comes with a screw to secure the processor. As shown in the left picture below, loosen the screw first before inserting the processor. INSTALLATIONS Installing the Memory The MB899 board supports two DDR2 memory socket for a maximum total memory of GB in DDR2 memory type.
