Preparing Your Coffeemaker For Use Before using your Saeco Renaissance XV, we recommend that you filter water through the machine to remove any dust particles or residues that the machine may have retained from the factory. Brewing Coffee in your Saeco Renaissance XV The best coffee begins with top-quality Arabica beans. We recommend using whole bean coffee, roasted to perfection and ground immediately prior to brewing. Make sure to have your coffee ground to the precise degree required by your machine at the time of purchase. For this machine, Saeco recommends a medium grind.
