® ™ BUNN Espress SITE REQUIREMENTS ES•2C PHYSICAL 1 1 The brewer is for indoor use only on a sturdy counter. It is 26 ⁄2” (67 cm) wide,16” (40.5 cm) tall, and 19 ⁄2” (49 cm) deep. The brewer weighs approximately 142 pounds (64.5 kg) when the water tank is filled. Place the desired amount of espresso grind coffee in the appropriate filter holder (1 or 2 cups), shake it gently to level the bed, and using a tamper, compress the coffee. 3. ® ™ BUNN Espress CLEANING ES•2C FILTER HOLDER CLEANING Bunn-O-Matic recommends daily cleaning for your espresso brewer using the following steps: 1. Place the one-cup basket into the filter holder. ® 2. Put a teaspoon of any granular espresso cleaner or automatic dish washing detergent (such as Cascade ) into the basket. 3.
