SECTION 2: ASSEMBLING YOUR TILLER IMPORTANT: This unit is shipped without gasoline or oil in the engine. Insert the end of the gear shift rod through the opening in the top of the shift cover, and into the Flange Nut Retainer Bracket shift bracket. Carefully engage the clutch by Hex squeezing the clutch handle against the handle. Nuts The wheels should spin.
