ADJUSTMENTS This section explains how to adjust the weight bench. The first time you perform an exercise that uses the safety spotter, adjust the bench to the position that is best for you. ATTACHING THE BENCH TO THE RACK To perform bench and leg lever exercises, the weight bench must be attached to the weight rack.
