ES•2A™/ES•2SA™ PLUMBING BUNN Espress™ PLUMBING REQUIREMENTS This brewer must be connected to a cold water system with an operating pressure between 20 and 90 psi. A shut-off valve should be installed before the pump. Install a pressure regulator in the line when the pressure is greater than 90 psi. to reduce the pressure to 50 psi. BREWING ES•2A™/ES•2SA™ BUNN Espress™ COFFEE EXTRACTION 1. Place ground coffee in the filter holder, shake it level, and compress the bed of coffee with the tamper on the grinder. 2. Clean the edge of the filter holder with the palm of the hand before locking it on to the set. This will prevent any coffee particles from imbedding themselves into the group gasket. 3. ES•2A™/ES•2SA™ CLEANING BUNN Espress™ CLEANING 1. The use of a damp cloth rinsed in any mild, nonabrasive, liquid detergent is recommended for cleaning all surfaces on Bunn-O-Matic equipment. 2.
