ENGLISH PARTS & ASSEMBLY Locking Lid Non-Stick Cooking Surface Drip Tray HOW TO OPERATE 1. Before first use, wipe down all surfaces with a damp cloth and dry. 2. The Cooking Surface should be lightly coated with a small amount of vegetable oil. This can be applied with a paper towel. The oil will help protect the Non-Stick Cooking Surface.
