ADJUSTMENTS This section explains how to adjust the exercise bench. Refer to the accompanying exercise guide and video to see the correct form for each exercise. ADDING RESISTANCE To add resistance to the movement of the Carriage 6 (6), engage a Resistance Cord (22) to the Resistance Bracket (21) on the Inner Frame (2).
