ASSEMBLY Handlebar Steering Column Handlebar Neck Rounded #10 Lock Nuts 12 Side • Position the handlebar upright. • Fit the handlebar neck to the bottom of the handlebar. 5 " • Insert two #10 x 1 /8 screws down through the handlebar and Steering handlebar neck.
