MAKING AN EMERGENCY CALL This 911 feature puts the phone in the Emergency Call Mode when you dial the preprogrammed emergency number, 911. It also operates in the lock mode and out of the service area. 911 IN LOCK MODE C The 911 call service is available even in the lock mode. STORING A PHONE NUMBER ENTERING LETTERS, NUMBERS & SYMBOLS The phone book stores up to 300 entries. The input mode (Alpha editor) will be automatically activated when necessary to enter letters and numbers. As shown below, there are 4 available modes: Standard input mode (Abc), T9 input mode Enter phone number then press . 1 (T9Word), Numeric mode (NUM), and Symbol mode (Symbols).
