Activating Your Phone If you purchased your phone at a Sprint Store, your phone should be activated and ready to use. If you received your phone in the mail and it is for a new Sprint account or a new line of service, it is designed to activate automatically. To confirm your activation, make a phone call. If you received your phone in the mail and you are activating a new phone for an existing number on your account, you will need to go online to activate the number on your new phone. Fr

Setting Up Your Voicemail All unanswered calls to your phone are automatically transferred to your voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off. Therefore, you will want to set up your voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your phone is activated. To set up your voicemail: 1. Press the Talk key to display the Phone screen. 2.
