ELECTRIC FRYERS - GENERAL GENERAL INTRODUCTION This manual covers the following floor model fryers. All fryer models are available with the following electrical specifications: 208/60/3, 240/60/3, 480/60/3, 220/380/60/3 4 wire, 240/415/60/3 4 wire Serve station models are available in 120/60/1 if equipped with heat lamp.
