7. Pull the high limit bulb through the underside HIGH LIMIT of the fry tank and remove the high limit assembly. WARNING: SHUT OFF THE GAS BEFORE SERVICING. 1. Drain shortening from fry tank. 2. Remove wire leads from high limit, noting all connections for reassembly. 8. Reverse the procedure to install. When installing the new high limit assembly, do not kink the high limit capillary.
