PUK and PUK2 codes (8 digits): The Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) code is required to change a blocked PIN code. The PUK2 code is required to change a blocked PIN2 code. If the codes are not supplied with the SIM card, contact your local service provider for the codes. 1. Press the release buttons on both sides of the phone to open the grip. Note that you should always close the phone gently. 2. With the back of the phone facing you, press the release button with a suitable instrument. Make sure the instrument is not so sharp that it will damage the phone. 4. Release the SIM card holder by first sliding it to the right and then lifting it. Insert the SIM card into the phone. Make sure that the SIM card is inserted properly and that the golden contact area on the card is facing downwards. 5. Lock the SIM card in its place by first putting the card holder cover down over the SIM card and then sliding it to the left. 6.
