SEAT ADJUSTmENT Proper seat height helps ensure maximum exercise efficiency and comfort, while reducing the risk of injury. RESISTANCE ADJUSTmENT The micro-adjust resistance knob is located just below the handlebars on the bike frame, for easier pedaling resistance control. mAINTENANCE The safety level given by the design of the P8000 Indoor Cycle can only be maintained when the equipment is regularly examined for damage and wear.
