CAUTION PROLONGED CONTACT OF SANITIZER WITH FREEZER MAY CAUSE CORROSION OF STAIN- LESS STEEL PARTS. In general, sanitizing may be conducted as follows: A. Prepare 2 gallons (7.5 liters) of sanitizing solution following manufacturer's instructions. B. Pour sanitizer into hopper. C. Place the CLEAN OFF ON switch in the CLEAN position. SECTION 4 BULB REPLACEMENT 4.1 LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT 1. Remove the upper plastic shroud. 2. Remove the four retaining screws from the electrical panel and tip forward. 3.
