Installation CLEARANCES Y our Forester stove has been tested and listed for installa tion in residential, mobile home, and alcove applications in accordance with the clearances given in FIGURES 3-4 and T ABLE 1. Installation VENTING REQUIREMENTS Install vent at clearances specified by the vent manufacturer. Do not connect the pellet vent to a vent serving any other appliance or stove. Do not install a flue damper in the exhaust venting system of this unit. Operation START-UP PROCEDURE Never use gasoline, gasoline-type lantern fuel, kerosene, charcoal lighter fluid, or similar liquids to start or “freshen up” a fire in this stove. Maintenance INTERIOR CHAMBERS Periodically remove and clean the burnpot and the area inside the burnpot housing. In particular it is advisable to clean out the holes in the burnpot to remove any build up that may prevent air from moving through the burn pot freely .
