Installation (continued) Hose Connection: The Universal Fitting (42), in Figure B, connects to various hose sizes. The hoses should be connected using a step nipple (not included). The 1” and 1-1/4” hoses should also be secured with hose clamps (not included). The largest connection (1-1/2”) will yield the greatest flow. Troubleshooting Problem 1: Pump runs but will not deliver any water. Cause: Base (38) clogged. Solution: Remove the Screws (1) from the Base (38) and remove Base (38). Clean out dirt or debris and replace. Cause: When starting, the pump water height falls below the minimum water level. Solution: Submerge pump deeper. Cause: Low line voltage.
