Activating Your Device If you purchased your smart device at a Sprint Store, your device should be activated and ready to use. If you received your device in the mail and it is for a new Sprint account or a new line of service, it is designed to activate automatically. To confirm your activation, make a phone call. If you received your device in the mail and you are activating a new phone for an existing number on your account, you will need to contact Sprint Customer Service to activate

Setting Up Your Voicemail All unanswered calls to your device are automatically transferred to your voicemail, even if your device is in use or turned off. Therefore, you will want to set up your voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your device is activated. To set up your voicemail: 1. Press the Talk key to display the Phone screen. 2.
