Attach the eye wash to the tank outlet with pipe sealant (supplied Back View by installer) (see Figure 1). IMPORTANT: When attaching the eye wash to the tank outlet, hold the adapter (Item 3) with a wrench to prevent stripping. Failure to do so may damage the seal and cause leakage. 2.
