gis 1 Introduction 1.1 About the appliance This manual describes how to install, service and use the BFC appliance. The BFC appliance is a condensing water heater with a fan in the air intake. The BFC can be installed as either an open or room-sealed appliance. A concentric chimney connector is fitted standard to the appliance.
