Note: As with any other radio-transmitting device, do not touch the internal antenna as it affects call quality and may cause the phone to operate at a higher power level than is necessary. Phone Lock: Prevents external keys from being used when phone is closed. No service: Your phone cannot find a signal because you’re outside a service area. You cannot make or receive calls.
