MAKING THE CONNECTIONS CAUTION: The supplied AC power cord, has a polarized plug that fits into the wall outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit properly, turn it over and try again. Do not force it. CONNECTION TO TV SET In order to display song lyrics from CDG also to appear on TV screen, you must connect the included video cable (yellow colored RCA single-plug) to the Video Output jack on the back of your SMG-301 unit. MAKING THE CONNECTIONS Please have the sample CDG demo disc provided with your Singing Machine playing in the Singing Machine when you are making these connections so you will see the lyrics on the screen as soon as you have the setup completed correctly. You must specify the source you wish to view when you are connecting the video out from the Singing Machine to either a TV or a VCR. CD OR CD+G OPERATION SELECT DISC PLAY 7. Press one of the disc select button (DISC 1, DISC 2, DISC 3) to select the disc to be played. The symbol for PLAY “ ” and “1 DISC” appears. Play starts from the first track of the selected disc. The track number and elapsed playing time for the current track are displayed.
