The locking clip is stored on the back of the child restraint. You will need to use it with certain types of vehicle seat belts. United States Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards have de ned a new system for installing child restraints in vehicles. The system is called LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers for CHildren).
