Incorrect connections may cause the car deck to malfunction or damage the vehicle’s electrical system. Be sure to connect the (-) speaker leads to the (-) speaker terminal. NS-C-3112 Installing your car deck Attaching the mounting case There are two methods for installing your car deck: the DIN front-mount method the screw-mount method. The screw-mount method uses only the screw holes at the sides of the car deck. To install your car deck using the DIN front-mount method: 1 Insert the mounting case into the car deck opening. www.insignia-products.com 11

NS-C-3112 To install your car deck using the screw-mount method: 1 Remove the hooks on both sides of the car deck. 2 Align the two screw holes on each side of the car deck with the screw holes of the mounting bracket (supplied with the vehicle), then tighten the screws to secure the car deck.
